Phone and video (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or possibly FaceTime) appointments are available.<\/p>\n<p>There may be scenarios where you won&#8217;t need the initial assessment but will benefit from extra practice to prepare for an important job interview. This Deluxe Package of services is flexible and can be designed to meet your specific needs and\/or priorities. This service is one-on-one and customizable. You will not be referred rely entirely on self-serve online services, those resources may be a bonus, but never a substitute.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The Deluxe Counselling Package Includes Seven 1-hour Sessions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The seven hours may be a combination of face-to-face services, a close review of your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile and specific feedback\/suggested edits, practice interviews, and more.<\/p>\n<p>The following is a common sequencing of services:<\/p>\n<p><b>Part 1:<\/b> Client Assessment via a Structured Interview (possibly supplemented with a psychometric assessment).<\/p>\n<p><b>Part 2:<\/b> Information collected during the assessment is analyzed and some research is done in order to offer concrete, action-oriented feedback. Normally, this includes presenting potentially viable career options that match your \u2018profile.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><b>Part 3:<\/b> Feedback is provided to the client, based on the interview (and in some cases, the assessment). Career-related ideas and when possible, leads are shared.<\/p>\n<p><b>Part 4:<\/b>\u00a0Strategic Planning and Guidance to Help you Get your Career &#8220;On Track.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><b>Parts 5 to 7:<\/b>\u00a0Personal and Professional Development Options including\u00a0Resume \/ Cover Letter Assistance, Mock Interview Preparation, thorough planning of self-employment options, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This approach is recommended for anyone who needs some help above and beyond identifying the next steps in their career.
