Thanks for stopping by. As you probably guessed, my first name is Helen. I have a Ph.D. or doctorate in Psychology and my last name starts with an O \u2026 Not the most original way to choose an URL but drheleno.ca<\/a> was available. There are times when I’m speaking with someone and I don’t have a card and neither of us has a pen and paper (or wants to pull out a phone) so I tell them they can find me under drheleno.ca<\/a> and this takes them to my I\/O Advisory Services<\/a> website. For a while, this blog was independent of the main website.<\/p>\n
