Contact UsDeluxe Career Counselling & Coaching Package
The Deluxe Package is more comprehensive than the Basic Package because it includes an extra three hours of fully customizable services.
It may be the appropriate package for you if you have a specific job or promotion already in mind and need some help to obtain that position. Part of what makes these services powerful and unique is that they’re all grounded in Industrial / Organizational (I/O) psychology. Click here for a short explanation of why I use this approach.
If you choose this option, the advice you receive will be based on the initial assessment that includes the structured interview and possibly a psychometric assessment. Phone and video (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or possibly FaceTime) appointments are available.
There may be scenarios where you won’t need the initial assessment but will benefit from extra practice to prepare for an important job interview. This Deluxe Package of services is flexible and can be designed to meet your specific needs and/or priorities. This service is one-on-one and customizable. You will not be referred rely entirely on self-serve online services, those resources may be a bonus, but never a substitute.
The Deluxe Counselling Package Includes Seven 1-hour Sessions
The seven hours may be a combination of face-to-face services, a close review of your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile and specific feedback/suggested edits, practice interviews, and more.
The following is a common sequencing of services:
Part 1: Client Assessment via a Structured Interview (possibly supplemented with a psychometric assessment).
Part 2: Information collected during the assessment is analyzed and some research is done in order to offer concrete, action-oriented feedback. Normally, this includes presenting potentially viable career options that match your ‘profile.’
Part 3: Feedback is provided to the client, based on the interview (and in some cases, the assessment). Career-related ideas and when possible, leads are shared.
Part 4: Strategic Planning and Guidance to Help you Get your Career “On Track.”
Parts 5 to 7: Personal and Professional Development Options including Resume / Cover Letter Assistance, Mock Interview Preparation, thorough planning of self-employment options, etc.
This approach is recommended for anyone who needs some help above and beyond identifying the next steps in their career. These meetings and time is always customized to the client’s specific needs (e.g., more time can be allocated to the areas that need the most attention). These sessions can be scheduled over time to suit your needs, preferences, and the availability of job opportunities that might trigger an interview, etc. Email support between appointments is included.
Contact me today to discuss these options further. A free 15-minute initial phone consultation can be scheduled using this online calendar.
For some clients, fees may be tax-deductible. Email transfers, credit cards, and ApplePay are accepted.
Please note that if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as booked.
