In my opinion, the representation of a mother’s ’work‘ is frequently inaccurate and divisive. The implication is that one type of mom works harder than the other or has more monetary value. What does that mean for you? Not a lot of events to share with you this month.  APEX – June 7 & 8, 2017  I/O Advisory Services plans to attend the APEX Symposium in Ottawa. The session is two days where we will celebrate Canadian leadership, innovation, and diversity.  I’m looking forward to the opportunity to network and learn about government executives’ priorities. There are workshops and keynote addresses from senior officials including Michael Wernick, Clerk of the Privy Council and Adrienne Clarkson, Canada’s 26th Governor General. As always, I’ll share what I learn through articles and blogs.
